Just a short note to compliment your company on the efficiency of all your staff we came into contact with from the office to the guys in your trucks. Due to a previous bad experience with a major removal company we were very hesitant when it came to choosing a removalist and chose your company due to whilst filling our car with fuel one day we noticed one of your trucks and noted how clean and well kept it looked and was impressed with the manners of your guys when we overheard their interaction with the staff of the service station. This choice certainly proved to be the right one. Your removalist staff was extremely efficient and careful with all our goods and the speed in which they carried out the job was truly amazing. Their politeness and friendliness to both my wife and myself was certainly appreciated. As I am sure you are aware, moving house can be very frustrating and stressful experience but your staff certainly made the process as stress free as possible. May be some of the larger companies should spend a day with your staff to see how the job should be done.
