I just wanted to email you about the service I got from the Red Berry Team. Andrew and Charlie recently helped me move from Archerfield to Altsonville. I cannot say enough about their professional and efficient service. They were on time, polite, helpful and very quick in their work. We had some awkward items like a piano and they both handled it perfectly without a scratch.
Just to top it off, after they were finished and drove off, they called me back 10 minutes later to let me know they had accidently over charged me by 1 hour and they would reimburse me when they got back to the office. Their honesty and great attitude has made me tell all my friends. Additionally, I have also told my real estate agent as they are always in need of a good removal mob. The quote was less than half the price of other removal companies and again, professional and efficient.

Just a short note to compliment your company on the efficiency of all your staff we came into contact with from the office to the guys in your trucks. Due to a previous bad experience with a major removal company we were very hesitant when it came to choosing a removalist and chose your company due to whilst filling our car with fuel one day we noticed one of your trucks and noted how clean and well kept it looked and was impressed with the manners of your guys when we overheard their interaction with the staff of the service station. This choice certainly proved to be the right one. Your removalist staff was extremely efficient and careful with all our goods and the speed in which they carried out the job was truly amazing. Their politeness and friendliness to both my wife and myself was certainly appreciated. As I am sure you are aware, moving house can be very frustrating and stressful experience but your staff certainly made the process as stress free as possible. I would like to inform you of the great service I received from your staff. I needed a king size and two single beds delivered to my home. The girl who answered the phone was friendly and helpful and organised things for me. The two young men who were the drivers were also friendly and very sympathetic because I was flooded and they saw how damaged my house was. They were fast workers and were very careful of the floors that had just been sanded and polished. These staff members are an asset to Red Berry and I will do business with your company again.
Hi, just wanted to leave some feedback for the move you guys did for us last weekend 9 October from Gaven to Coomera. The two guys Charlie and Kieran were fantastic. We have moved several times before this and this was definitely the best and smoothest move we have ever done. The prospect of moving is a very tenuous ordeal for most of us and we used the services of Redberry Removals who were extremely helpful from the first point of contact with Tamara through to the two gentlemen that arrived right on time and got cracking straight away.
